Yes. We provide training and 30 days of website stabilization. Any issues that may arise during the first 30 days will be resolved quickly. After 30 days, we provide longer term support packages on an annual, monthly, or hourly basis. Please see our support page for more information.
The cost depends on the size and complexity of the website. After we meet with you to discuss your needs, we will draft a proposal for your approval complete with cost and timeline estimates. We strive to keep our costs at a fair rate for our industry based on the quality of our craftsmanship and we will do everything in our power to work within your budget.
It depends on the size and complexity of the website. Typically this ranges from 1-3 months from initial kick-off meeting to production deployment. We are always transparent and will keep you updated on the status of the project on a regular basis to ensure everyone is on the same page and we meet any given deadlines.
